- data and
- verifiable facts,
- clear accountability,
- respect for people and operational reality,
- transparent communication,
- measurable goals and the transfer of competencies back to the organisation.
Core PrinciplesIntegrity and Independence
- We do not accept assignments where we have a conflict of interest — or we disclose and address the conflict upfront (e.g. by separating roles or obtaining client consent).
- We do not support cosmetic solutions that look good in a presentation but do not work in practice.
- We do not engage in practices designed to circumvent laws, internal policies or the client’s ethical standards.
Confidentiality and InformationProtection (NDA as Standard)
- Everything we learn during an engagement is treated as confidential.
- Without the client’s explicit consent, we do not disclose client names or identifiable details (e.g. exact locations, financial figures or specifics that would enable identification).
- Case studies are prepared in anonymised form and only to the extent that does not breach an NDA.
- Client documents and data are retained only for as long as necessary and are protected by appropriate security measures.
Respect for People and Fair Change Management
- We manage change in a way that is clear, predictable and fair.
- We do not work with humiliation, coercion or blame-finding. We address problems systemically.
- We support an environment free from discrimination (age, gender, origin, belief, orientation, health status, etc.).
- Key organisational decisions are communicated clearly, without manipulation and without double standards.
Accountability for Results, Measurability and Transparency
- At the outset of each engagement, we define goals, metrics, scope, roles and decision-making rules.
- We operate on the principle that unclear accountability equals no accountability.
- We provide ongoing reports on progress, risks and recommendations so that management can make informed decisions.
- If we encounter an obstacle outside our control (e.g. missing mandate, blockage by management), we communicate this promptly and propose alternative courses of action.
Quality, Expertise and Boundariesof Competence
- We only do what we are competent to do. Where a specialist is required (legal, tax, cybersecurity, clinical specialisation, etc.), we recommend bringing in the appropriate expert.
- We work with approaches that are applicable in real operational environments — not with frameworks designed for effect.
- We refuse corrupt conduct in any form.
- We do not accept gifts or benefits that could influence our independence or create the impression of doing so.
- Minor tokens of appreciation are accepted only where they are proportionate, transparent and create no obligation.
- We conduct mediation impartially and with clear process rules.
- Information from mediation is not used to disadvantage any party or to give any party an unfair advantage.
- The goal is an agreement that is realistic and sustainable in the long term — not a “win” for one side.
- Where we engage external experts, this code applies to them, including confidentiality and quality standards.
- We expect fair conduct, compliance with applicable laws and a professional standard from all collaborators.
- Reports are handled confidentially and without undue delay.
- We do not permit retaliation against any person who submits a report in good faith.
- If a report requires the involvement of a third party (e.g. a lawyer), we will communicate this and protect confidentiality to the greatest extent possible.
Commitment and ComplianceCompliance with this code is a condition ofengagement. In the event of a breach, we will take corrective action.Brno, 1 July 2025
